How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
Please include
- The email address used for your HaroFlow account
- Whether you signed in with Facebook, Google, Microsoft, or email/password
- Optional context to help us identify your account faster (for example your full name)
What we delete
We remove or anonymize personal account data associated with your identity. Data that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or security obligations may be kept for the minimum required period.
Facebook Login specific flow
If you remove HaroFlow from your Facebook apps, Facebook can send us an automatic deletion callback. We process that request and return a confirmation code endpoint as required by Meta.
Response timeline
We confirm receipt of deletion requests and process them without undue delay, typically within 30 days, in line with GDPR requirements.
